1. Online Coaching Program

2. In-Person Event Tickets

2.1 Ticket Purchase

2.1.1. All sales of tickets to in-person events are final and non-refundable.

2.1.2. The Video Dept. reserves the right to modify event details, including but not limited to date, time, and venue. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified in advance.

2.2 Attendee Responsibilities

2.2.1. Attendees are responsible for their own travel arrangements and accommodations unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2.2.2. The Video Dept. is not liable for any expenses incurred by attendees related to event changes or cancellations.

3.1.1. The Video Dept. reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Site or services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason.
